Jamaican Native Sean Paul is releasing a compilation album with some of his biggest hits. For this reason, his #1’s will be on the DUTTY CLASSICS COLLECTION like Get busy, Baby Boy (released 2002) and Temperature (released 2005). Another 16 songs are on the album, this will make the Artistes 7th album.
Sean released his first album in 2000, Stage One. Two years after his debut song Top Shotter in the Movie Belly. The song was a collaboration between one of the stars of the movie DMX and another Native Jamaican Artiste Mr. Vegas.
Dutty Rock, Sean’s 2nd album released in 2002 proved to be his breakthrough album. More than 6 million copies were sold worldwide, due to the #1 hits on that album Get busy and Baby boy featuring Beyoncé.
As a result, in 2004 Sean Paul won a Grammy for Best Reggae Album. He was also nominated for 2 others as well, Best New Artist and Best Rap Solo performance.
Sean garnered another #1 hit with single, Temperature and has been nominated for more Grammy’s since.

Reggae Sumfest 2017
In July, Sean Paul will also take a break from his current European tour to perform at Jamaica’s Reggae Sumfest. His last appearance was in 2014, this would be his 4th year performing at the festival.
Furthermore, accumulating an impressive array of music and a large fanbase globally over the past decades. Sean Paul continues to remain relevant with chart toppers such as Cheap Thrills, No Lie and Rockabye, to earn a worthy spot, in the annual line-up of the 25th staging of Reggae Sumfest.
